THE HARDY DIFFERENCE

SERVICING UTAH & COLORADO

Hardy MFG is based in West Jordan Utah and was founded in 2010 by metal fabricator, Mike Stevens. Mike has 36 years of experience, and 15 years of research, which has led us to producing the longest lasting stair tread available.

7200 PSI

We use a High Strength engineered composite mix (7200 psi).

Rust Resistant Hardware

Our imbeds and mounting plates resist rust and prevent cement from cracking and crumbling.

4 Tread Styles

Our tread mixture is consistent so every tread looks and performs excellent even in the harsh weather conditions known to Utah and Colorado.

Water Resistant

Weather-resistant to the core. Our special concrete formulation and improved manufacturing process make our treads very water resistant.

Won’t Crack

Impervious to salt & ice melting products. Salt will not break it down.

Traditional Stair Treads

Traditional Treads

Water resistant sealant is only applied to the surface of the tread. This sealant wears down and allows moisture and melting compounds to work their way into the cement causing expansion and breakage.
